Patient Group Supports Practice with Identifying Carers

If you are a Carer but have never informed us, please pop in to the Practice at Hume Street Medical Centre and talk with our lovely Patient Group Members.

They are in the Practice between the hours of 10am-12pm on each week day for the next 2 weeks until 10th March.

There is support available for Carers from both the Practice and organisations such as Worcestershire Association of Carers.

Please do pop in or if this is not possible, please give us a call on the usual number to inform us, if you would prefer.
