Check or Cancel Your Appointment

We have introduced a new service on our phone lines where you are able to check or cancel your appointment without waiting in the phone queue.

By selecting option 1, you will be able to check or cancel any upcoming appointments. You will be asked to enter your date of birth and this will be checked along with the phone number you are dialling from to confirm your identity.

This is a fully automated service, so you will not need to speak to a member of our team and this will be available even when we are closed.
