Winter 2024 Flu and Covid Vaccines

Following JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination & Immunisation) advice, our flu and Covid vaccination programme cannot commence until October 2024. This is to maximise protection for patients throughout the entire flu season.

Children are able receive the vaccination earlier – this is because flu circulates in this age group earlier in the year and protection lasts longer.

If you have a mobile phone, you will be sent a direct link to book your appointment. If you do not have a mobile phone, we will telephone you on your landline. If you do not have a landline or a mobile phone, you are most welcome to pop in to the practice to book (please wait until after the 1st week of September).
