Check and Cancel Service means reduced waiting times: Avoid long phone queues and the 8:00am rush – our automated system handles it all for you.
24/7 Access: Available outside of our regular surgery hours for your convenience.
No Need to Speak to Us: Manage your booked appointments without needing to talk to one of the care navigators.
More Availability for Care: By using this service, you’ll help free up the lines for those who need to speak with care navigators directly.
The new system can also help with step-by-step guidance on the NHS App, along with other useful information.
