 Chat with inspiring organisations and dedicated local community groups, including Mind Charity, Talking Therapies, Men’s Walking and Talking Group, and Box Positive – plus many more!

 We will also have Veteran charities in attendance, including an Armed Forces Champion, Defence Medical Welfare Service, and Stepway.

Come along and join us for practical advice, discover new resources, and the support to take a step towards healing and hope. Whether it’s for you or someone close to you, this day could make all the difference.
